Just a thought on the HOT Emerald Coast Market. I have been recieveing offers on units that are priced right. We have had alot of closing on units that are on the Beach and gulf front. Just came back from my coaches seminar in Las Vegas and spoke iwth 3,000 Realtors from arouond the world and they all seem to have alot of movememnt in their personal sales areas.
Get them while their HOT! I cannot keep short slaes listed and everytime we go to put an offer on a foreclosure there are multiple offers.
